    Terrible management they don't stand by there return policy. They don't even know what there policies are. They don't properly train there employees. Pick any other Metro PCS I was a happy customer till they treated me awful and wouldn't take back my phone that I was not happy with. No questions asked is on the receipt. Like I said to them lies catch up with you! They don't deserve 1 star.
